Angela Marshall Hofmann is Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Catalyst Brands, where she leads government affairs, public policy, compliance, and corporate responsibility across the company's portfolio of brands, including JCPenney, Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brand, and Nautica. She advises senior executives on public policy strategy, regulatory engagement, and geopolitical and reputational risks affecting global operations and supply chains.
With more than 20 years of experience in international trade, agriculture, and public policy, Angela has served as a trusted advisor to members of the U.S. Congress, the Executive Branch, and senior leaders of multinational companies. Her expertise spans legislative strategy, international trade, regulatory advocacy, and coalition building at the federal, state, and international levels.
Previously, Angela held senior government affairs and corporate affairs leadership roles at Walmart, including Vice President of International Corporate Affairs, where she led external engagement across more than 40 global markets. Earlier in her career, she served as legislative and international trade counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and began her public service with Senator Max Baucus. Angela is also the founder of World Strategies, LLC, and co-founder of Farmers for Free Trade, where she has worked to advance policies that strengthen global trade and support U.S. agriculture.
