Hotel accommodations will be made on your behalf based on the arrival and departure dates you provide during registration.

GETTING THERE

Summit guests should arrange their own transportation (air and ground) to the Summit. The Fairmont Princess is easily accessible from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which is located approximately 25 miles from the venue. Transportation options include Lyft/Uber, taxi, and car services.

WEATHER

Arizona tends to be warm during the day and cool at night. During this time of year, the average highs are in the 70s°F/20s°C, and the lows are around 40-50°F/5-10°C, so please pack accordingly (see dress code guidance on FAQ page).

VISAS

If you need to get a visa to attend the Summit, we encourage you to begin the process as soon as possible. Please reach out (cottonusasummit@cotton.org) if you need a visa invitation letter.
