Dana Davis is a strategic advisor helping brands, innovators, and investors turn sustainability into business strategy. With more than 20 years of experience spanning design, product development, sourcing, supply chains, and sustainability, she specializes in helping organizations build resilient businesses while accelerating environmental and commercial impact.

Before founding Dana Davis Consulting in 2024, Dana spent over 15 years at Mara Hoffman, where she led the brand's sustainability transformation and helped establish it as a global leader in responsible fashion and circular business practices.

Today, Dana advises companies on supply chain transformation, material innovation, commercialization, circularity, and organizational strategy. She also convenes industry leaders to foster collaboration across fashion, agriculture, manufacturing, and technology, helping accelerate solutions to some of the industry's most pressing challenges.

Dana serves as Board Co-Chair of Custom Collaborative, is the founder of Women in Sustainable Business, and co-founder of the NY Workforce Development Coalition. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, she is a frequent speaker and lecturer on sustainable fashion, innovation, and supply chains, and is recognized for translating ambitious sustainability goals into practical business solutions.
