Deputy Director, U.S. Industry Affairs

Jennifer Crumpler currently serves as Deputy Director of U.S. Industry Affairs at Bayer Crop Science for cotton, crop protection and specialty crop organizations. She has over 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry. Jennifer was the Regional Seed Sustainability Manager at BASF, where she was instrumental in establishing the e3 Sustainable Cotton Program, a global leader of cotton sustainability and traceability, and was named to Rivet Magazine’s 2022 50 Most Globally Influential People in Denim. Jennifer also previously worked for both Bayer and Monsanto in various sales and technical roles.

She holds a B.S. in agriculture business management and a B.A. in communications, with a concentration in public and interpersonal communications from North Carolina State University. And is a graduate of the NC State University Agricultural Leadership Development Program.

Jennifer and her husband, David, and her golden retriever, Marley Anne, live in Southport, North Carolina. In her free time, she loves scuba diving, fishing, sailing and raising Marley Anne.
