Kevin Brinkley is President and CEO of Plains Cotton Cooperative Association (PCCA), a farmer-owned cotton marketing cooperative headquartered in Lubbock, Texas. PCCA markets sustainably grown cotton from Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas to textile mills worldwide.

Brinkley holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Agricultural & Applied Economics from Texas Tech University and has spent more than 30 years in agricultural marketing, policy, and technology. Prior to joining PCCA, he served as Chairman and CEO of The Seam. He currently serves as Chairman of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives and is a leading advocate for U.S. agriculture and cotton producers.
